Job Post /Pay for Approval

$250 Per Approved Candidate
You decide which candidates you want to approve for an interview.

This model is used when you need to supplement your in-house recruiting efforts and don't need the personal 1:1 support structure.

  • Dedicated US Account Manager

  • Network of Sr Recruiters/Sr Sourcing Specialist qualifying candidates for your jobs.

Price Includes

  • You're in control of saying which candidates are qualified and which ones are not.

  • Qualified Candidate who have been spoken to by Sr Recruiters 

  • Job Description Review & Write up Support

  • Network of Sr Recruiters/Sr Sourcing Specialists actively sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates 

  • You keep all candidates you approve at no extra cost for future hire.

  • The job posting is active until you are ready to close the position.  

Recruiting Workflow Improvements

$100 Hourly
(20 - 40hrs per week)

This model is used when you need to streamline your current recruiting efforts.

Price Includes

  • Review your current process (Staff, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, offer, and onboarding)

  • Recommend process improvements (including staff and tools if needed)

  • Assist with implementation of new processes and hiring of new staff if needed
